What are other costs in addition to your fixed legal fee to obtain a Grant?

Your costs may include:

·         advertising fees

·         court filing fees

Advertising fees vary, so until we lodge your advertisement, we will not know the relevant newspaper charges.

What are Disbursements?

Disbursements refer to the actual third-party costs incurred in the progression of your matter,  such as:

•  Court filing fees for filing your application
• Advertising, such as statutory notices in newspapers
• Expert consultation fee’s, such as Accountancy fees.

These are additional to our legal fees (professional fees) but they were necessary to your case.
